What do these terms apply to?

For the use of hostaid.hu and the quotes requested here. The detailed terms of our services (property management, booking management system, smart devices, cleaning, condominium gate module) are set out in the individual quote and the written contract. If the contract differs from these terms, the contract prevails.

Site content

• This site presents our services. It is not an online shop: no contract is concluded here and you do not pay anything.
• Descriptions are for information only. Sample screens show example data.
• The calculator and the savings tables are estimates, not offers.

Prices

• Unless stated otherwise, prices on this site are net prices and subject to VAT.
• The final fee is set out in the quote and is valid for the period stated in it.
• Introductory prices and promotions are offered on the stated conditions.

Quotes and contracts

• Requesting a quote is free and puts you under no obligation.
• We prepare the quote based on the details you provide. If the details are inaccurate, the quote may change.
• The contract is concluded in writing when the quote is accepted.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the site being temporarily unavailable or from any typo. The operators of external sites are responsible for their content.

Complaints

You can report a complaint by email or phone. We reply in writing within 30 days to complaints submitted in writing.

If you are a consumer and your complaint is not resolved, you can turn to the conciliation board for your place of residence. Based on our registered office, the Budapest Conciliation Board has jurisdiction. You can also go to court.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. We first try to settle any disputes by discussion.

Changes

We may change these terms. The new version takes effect when published and does not affect contracts already concluded.
