Smart devices

Smart devices for your self-managed property

The devices work with our own system, so we provide them as a service: for the monthly fee you use the device-management part of our system.

Turnover cleaning

You leave only the cleaning to us

You manage the bookings, our own team handles the turnovers. The call-out is included in the fee; you supply the bed linen and towels.

  • Bed linen and towels

    You prepare the clean linen; we change it and make the beds. We provide our own laundered stock only at properties we manage.

  • Cleaning products

Fees are net amounts per guest turnover, and the call-out is included. VAT is added on top.The fees are gross amounts per changeover, travel included. They include 27% VAT.

Maintenance and repairs

Maintenance at an hourly rate, with no monthly flat fee

We also come out to rental properties we don't manage. You only pay for the work actually done: labour, call-out and materials.

How we charge

  • Every started hour is billed
  • The call-out fee is charged once per visit
  • Materials are billed item by item, as used
  • No monthly flat fee: you call us when you need us

  • Replacing bulbs and light fittings
  • Repainting and bigger jobs, with a quote in advance

    Via the form or by phone, with a photo if you have one.

    We arrange a time

    We give you an appointment. For bigger jobs we send an itemised quote in advance.

    We fix it

    When the job is done, you get an itemised invoice for the labour hours, the call-out and the materials.
