Upon using Apartment services, Guests shall fill out an online form, in which they give their consent to the Company managing the data they are obliged to provide. The Company shall manage such data in order to fulfill its obligations prescribed in the relevant legal regulations (particularly regarding the laws related to immigration control and tourism tax) as well as to verify the completion of services and/or to identify the Guests for as long as required by the competent authority to manage the fulfillment of obligations as defined in the given laws:
